Prices
Selling prices are those shown on www.mosdecor.pt, subject to any typographical errors.
As market prices vary constantly, the prices applied will always be those shown on the order.
Prices shown in the price lists are trade prices, valid exclusively for MósdeCor retailers, do not include VAT and may change without notice.
Payment
Goods will only be delivered upon payment by bank transfer, in accordance with the conditions stated on the order.
New customers with no purchase history: 50% prepayment of the order value, remaining 50% after delivery of the goods.
All orders over €250 must be paid in advance by bank transfer to the IBAN: PT50000700000087529667023
and the order will be shipped to the customer once payment is confirmed.
Retention of title
Ownership of products supplied by Mosdecor, Lda. only passes to the customer once they have been paid for in full.
Non-payment
If the customer fails to pay the amount by the due date, Mosdecor is entitled to charge late-payment interest until payment in full.
In the event of non-payment, the customer must also pay Mosdecor the costs and charges arising from judicial debt collection, including legal fees.
Transport/Deliveries
Goods purchased are delivered after invoicing within a maximum of 48h (mainland) if the order and payment are received by 3:30 pm and the items are in stock; for items not in stock, the delivery date is agreed between the sales department and the customer.
Shipping costs are added according to destination country and product weight. Shipping is added during checkout.
What to do when you receive your order?
Count the parcels and check whether the number matches the number on the delivery note.
Check the outside of the goods.
If you notice any visible external damage to the goods, refuse delivery of the parcel(s) concerned and immediately inform Mosdecor by email and phone on 244401897 or by email: geral@mosdecor.pt
In the case of an RMA, the return of the product is at the customer's expense and the replacement shipment at Mósdecor, Lda's expense.
Returns
To return a product, the customer must first confirm the return with Mósdecor, Lda's sales department.
RMAs without approval, or without the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package, will not be accepted at our warehouse.
Where Mósdecor, Lda. is responsible for the return,
there will be no cost to the customer.
This excludes situations relating to the right of withdrawal.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general terms of sale and any additional clauses included in specific supply contracts are governed by Portuguese private law, for both national and international transactions.
For any disputes arising from any supply, the parties choose the courts of the District of Pombal, expressly waiving any other.
Right of withdrawal
Under the law, namely Decree-Law no. 143/2001 as amended by Decree-Law no. 82/2008, in distance contracts the consumer has up to 14 days to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason (article 6). The period starts from the date the customer receives the goods.
The customer may freely withdraw from a purchase made with Mosdecor, Lda through its online shop www.mosdecor.pt, provided the products purchased are returned in the condition they were in at the time of purchase.

– The return, exchange, credit note or refund of the amount paid will be made on terms and at a date to be agreed. Products must always be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and the purchase receipt.
– Software and other items bearing a tamper-evident seal must have the seal intact, otherwise the return will be refused.
– Information on the consumer's right of withdrawal is described in detail in Decree-Law no. 143/2001.
General terms
These general terms of sale are regularly sent to all Mosdecor, Lda customers.
The fact that the customer has not received these general terms of sale in their own language does not exclude their application.
Mósdecor, Lda reserves the right to accept the customer under the conditions above or to set the conditions required.
All prices shown are subject to VAT at the applicable legal rate.
