Terms of use

The user (hereinafter the “User”) is currently on the website www.mosdecor.pt, available at www.mosdecor.pt or any other address that replaces it.

1. Acceptance of the terms of use

These terms (“the Terms”) set out the conditions of use of the Site. The User undertakes to respect the Terms when accessing and using the Site and when using the services offered here. Use of the Site means that the User accepts the Terms. To benefit from all the services offered on the Site, the User must create an account and, when doing so, will be asked to expressly accept the Terms by clicking the corresponding icon on the acceptance and validation form. The User acknowledges that this double click constitutes acceptance of the Terms. The Terms may be changed at any time by www.mosdecor.pt. Any changes will be shown on the site under the Terms of Use icon. If you have created an account on the site, www.mosdecor.pt will invite you to accept the amended Terms again. www.mosdecor.pt also invites you to review the Terms regularly.

2. Description and operation of the service.

The Site is an information site that allows anyone to consult up-to-date information on the following: commercial information, technological innovations, products and all goods and services sold by www.mosdecor.pt. The technical and financial set-up required to access the Site and the various services offered by www.mosdecor.pt is entirely the User's responsibility. Such access may involve paying fees and subscriptions for connection to the network and/or related services provided by internet access providers. The User must also provide, and is responsible for, the equipment needed to access the service. www.mosdecor.pt is not responsible for any difficulties related to the technical and financial set-up chosen by the user.

3. Site content.

www.mosdecor.pt reserves the right to correct the content of the Site at any time and without notice. Furthermore, www.mosdecor.pt is not responsible for any delay, error or omission in the content of the Site, nor for any interruption or unavailability of the Site or its content.
Images may not match the item exactly: many pieces are customised and handmade, so colour and shape can vary.

4. Eligibility.

The Site is accessible to everyone, adults and/or minors. The Site is considered open to the public. However, children accessing the Site should preferably obtain permission and assistance from a parent or guardian to use it. The User declares and guarantees that their use of the Site does not breach any law and/or regulation applicable in the country from which they access it. If the User's equipment does not include the appropriate technologies, including certain encryption technologies, the User will not be able to use certain services or access certain information provided or accessible through the Site.
The site is intended exclusively for retailers duly accredited to access it. Where use is found to be improper, access will be blocked. Data must be confirmed to validate access, which may take up to 24 hours.

5. Associated links and hypertext.

Using or creating a hypertext link to the Site requires the prior written agreement of www.mosdecor.pt. In any case, such links may only be placed on a site of which the User is the publisher and must point only to the Site's home page. The home page or any other page of the Site must not be duplicated. These operations may only be carried out on condition that you:

1. Do not use, damage or alter in any way the logos or other distinctive marks of www.mosdecor.pt;

2. Do not frame all or part of the Site within a third-party site or content;

3. Do not use the image or distinctive marks of www.mosdecor.pt to suggest that the brand guarantees or approves products and services on a third-party site;

4. Do not mislead, create or maintain confusion about the relationship between www.mosdecor.pt and the User;

5. Do not present false or misleading information about www.mosdecor.pt;

6. Do not insert links and hypertext to the Site on the User's site if the User's site contains elements likely to infringe or harm third-party rights or applicable regulations.

Under no circumstances will the creation of links and hypertext to the site give rise to any liability for www.mosdecor.pt.

6. Links, hypertext and advertising banners to third-party sites from the Site shall under no circumstances give rise to liability for www.mosdecor.pt.

In particular, the User acknowledges that by clicking on these links, hypertext or advertising banners, they leave the Site, and that the sites subsequently accessed are in no way managed, edited or controlled by www.mosdecor.pt, which does not contribute to and/or participate in their content. The User acknowledges that they use such sites at their own risk or under the terms and conditions of use governing them, and that www.mosdecor.pt is not responsible for the content, operation and availability of those sites. Consequently, www.mosdecor.com.pt is not responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by any content, product or service available on such third-party sites.

7. Parental control.

www.mosdecor.pt recognises that the Site may be accessed by children. www.mosdecor.pt encourages parents to supervise children's use of the Site and to install internet filters. www.mosdecor.com.pt reserves the right to change the preceding statement if a change in policy, business operations, law or case law justifies it.

8. Warranty.

The User acknowledges that they use the Site at their own risk. Neither www.mosdecor.pt, nor its branches or affiliated companies, nor their managers, directors, employees, agents or any other party involved in creating, producing or supplying the site guarantee any specific result from using the site, and do not guarantee that:

1. The Site will meet your expectations, needs or requirements;

2. The Site will operate continuously and securely, effectively, easily, reliably, quickly, correctly, in a timely manner, completely, satisfactorily and free of defects or errors;

3. The content of the Site will be correct, appropriate, decent or compliant with applicable laws and regulations;

4. Errors in the Site and any associated software will be corrected. www.mosdecor.pt endeavours, as far as possible, to ensure the accuracy, completeness and currency of the Elements it provides on the Site. Despite www.mosdecor.pt's efforts, information on the Site may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. www.mosdecor.pt endeavours, as far as possible, to present the characteristics of its products and technological innovations accurately. In addition, www.mosdecor.pt may make changes to the information on the site.

9. User's responsibility.

The User undertakes to indemnify www.mosdecor.pt, its branches or affiliated companies, their respective managers, directors, employees or agents and any other party involved in creating, producing or supplying the Site against any loss, damage and/or other direct harm suffered due to the User's use of the Site in breach of the Terms. 10. Applicable law: The Terms are subject to Portuguese law. Any dispute concerning their validity, performance or interpretation shall be subject to the competent Portuguese courts.

Deliveries  

Customers can also collect their order from www.mosdecor.pt. To do so, select the items through the online shop as usual and choose the “In store” payment option during checkout. Please contact us to book a day and time.

Important: booking a day and time for collection is essential.

Exchanges and returns

Products made specifically to the customer's request cannot be exchanged or returned.   

Returns are only accepted for defective products. Once www.mosdecor.pt has received and checked the item(s), the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. 

In the event of a fault or manufacturing defect, www.mosdecor.pt will submit a warranty claim to the respective brand. This process may take up to 30 days.
